The Melville Grill offers an authentic meat experience, with an emphasis on wholesome, natural, preservative free fresh ingredients. We also offer succulent fish and chicken dishes and a sampling of antipasto and vegetarian dishes.   The Melville Grill is a special occasion restaurant perfectly suited for that special date or a key business meal. Our décor is simple and inviting, with black and white colors, and vibrant lighting that imbue the inside of the Melville Grill with a cozy but elegant ambience. Display boards, synonymous with the 1950's butcher shop, highlight the finest grain beef choices of the day.   The beef is aged on site and branded with the Chalmars brand just before serving. Partnerships with selected meat producers have been established to ensure a consistent product and an ongoing relationship between the farmer and the Melville Grill staff.   We have a prominent position in Melville's vibrant 7th Street, which I like to call the anti-mall, with a unique experience for visitors of strolling down an old-fashioned village walk with a chance to duck into, say, Spiros, the Bohemian hangout at the corner of 2nd Avenue, or browse inside a u sed bookstore to dig out a dog-eared copy of National Geographic from the 1950s.
